This one is a lazy food for appx 2 days instead of the whole week
Frozen/fresh shelled+de veined shrimp
california mix frozen veggies
chicken broth packet or miso soup packets from trader joes
boil udon noodles with 3 cups of water (or so- point being not a HUGE amount- the leftover water is going to be the soup broth)
wait til the noodles are nearly done. add in shrimp and veggies.
wait until shrimp are almost done- don't drain water, add in broth/soup mix. continue with a low boil
mix in's can include soy sauce, garlic powder, crushed red peppers/sriracha and other veggies
